Scheduling an appointment

Please schedule routine appointments in advance. Same-day appointments could be worked into the schedule. Please be aware, however, that scheduled appointments do have priority, unless it is an emergency. When you speak to the scheduler, they will ask you to describe your problem to ensure reserving an adequate amount of time for the appointment. Anything you tell them is confidential.

Cancelling an appointment

If you have a need to cancel an appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Occasionally, we find it necessary to cancel an appointment. In those cases, we will make every effort to reach you by phone to reschedule it. However, if we cannot, we will send you a letter to keep you informed.

Note: New patients please report 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Follow-up patients will have to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment. This is only to avoid unnecessary delays and helps us to keep to the schedule.
